Born in 1972 in Genoa, chef Ricchebono is proud of his origins and of his culinary traditions. After professional school and some working experinces, he became head of a team at Hotel Atlantico in Forte dei Marmi and then became part of the famous hotel chain Accor. In 2004, with his wife Elisa Arduini, opend his restaurant The Cook in Genoa. In 2010 he won his firts Michelin Star and, in the same year, partecipated to one of the most prestigiuos televison show, La Prova del Cuoco on Rai Uno. He works also as business consultant for important hotel chains. The selection of the book celebrities was made by Ivano and his wife, Elisa, who curates the events and special happenings of the restaurant.
