Born in Perugia, Silvia Regi Baracchi grew up in Cortona and proudly calls herself Etruscan. From her restaurateur family she inherited e love for fine dining, an awareness of tradition, and the art of hospitality. The exciting energy of the Falconiere inspires her culinary style on a daily basis. Silvia has a vast range of culinary experiences and has worked with famous chefs who have given her the opportunity to introduce the cuisine of Cortona around the world. She has collaborated for many years now with Executive Chef Richard Titi, who shares her approach and philosophy. Born near Padova, Cinzia Boggian began her career as illustrator and designer in furniture shops. Daniele Brambilla - After a period in New York at Colangelo P.R., communication company in food&beverage area, and a master in International Business & Wine Management at Kedge Business University of Bordeaux, he kept on working during Vintaly in Verona and, then, with Masciarelli export team. Daniele has always loved the world of small producers and while in Masciarelli ho understood that people don’t want only drink good wines, but also know something about who created them. Arturo Brambilla - He entered the world of logistics working for an international company, Kraft, when you still need tokens to call someone. Born in Asti in 1980, Manuela has always loved drawing and fashion. She attended European Institute of Design in Turin, Fashion and Textile Design Course and then started to work as stylist and graphic designer. She also loves writing and begins to work as journalist in 2007 at Gazzetta d'Asti, and some american magazines as La Voce di New York and America 24 (Il Sole 24 Ore). Born in 1984, Marco Ferrario has a degree in Philosophy at San Raffaele (Milano, Italy) and in Cognitive Science at Statale (Milan, Italy). After the first and before the second degree he traveled around the world as sailor; once back home he founded his own society to reevaluated street trade. He worked for Trenta Editore, Zanichelli, Strade on line. He is consultant in marketing and communication for many Italian and worldwide companies. When a passion for chili pepper becomes a job… Harald Zoschke is a memeber of Chile Pepper Institute in New Mexico State University since 1997 and he published the first German edition of the book Das Chili Pepper Buch (Il libro del peperoncino).
