The book
In the land of the Alto Garda Trentino there’s a cooperation with a history that’s been lasting hundreds of years: Agraria Riva del Garda, born to give rise to the products of an extremely rich land. In this book we want to tell the story of the two main branches of the company: extra virgin olive oil and wine, as well as writing about innovative projects that the company has been carrying out for years. On top of that, we also tell the story of a deep friendship, the one with chef Peter Brunel from the restaurant Peter Brunel Ristorante Gourmet in Arco di Trento (one Michelin star), the collaborations they worked on together and some recipes that focus on the land and whose main characters are Agraria’s olive oil and wine.

Agraria Riva del Garda
Agraria Riva del Garda was funded in 1926 with the goal of promoting and sustaining the agriculture in the Alto Garda. In 1957 they funded the Cantina and in 1965 they started the activity in the Frantoio. Born as an Association, in 2000 Agraria becomes a Cooperative, so they could underline the importance of the oil and wine production, with a constant renewal, a technical update of the machines and an eye always open to the future.
