Natural cuisine by Marzia Riva (La Taverna degli Arna – Milano) is an outburst of colors and lightness, beauty and tastes, cheerfulness and harmony. It expresses happiness and respect because it’s the result of a its attention to Universe and Nature. Her dishes are beautiful because you eat first with eyes; are good because you have to taste each ingredients before understanding the real meaning of an inclusive cuisine.
Her personal and significant way of cooking, is enriched by sound scientific fundamentals and practice of correct nutrition and suggestes the pleausure of conviviality. Also she expresses herself through her joie de vivre and the deep beauty of renaissance.
She studied at Joia Academy by Pietro Leemann, where she became teacher in fermentation, veggie cheese and ‘crudismo’; she worked with Simone Salvini, fot the Ghita Academy and Funny Veg. Today she is a specialized chef in High Veg Cuisine, personal chef for private events and works as consultant for many companies. With the project La Taverna degli Arna since 2013 she created a space of disclosure, information, sociability, wellness and culture, sharing her recipes on balance and presentation of dishes.
In 2017, after meeting Ferdinando A. Giannone, biologist and nutrizionist, she gave life to a new project, Effemme Scienza & Cucina to promote an aware dietary way of life
