GIOVANNI MANISI

Giovanni Manisi lives and was born in Portogruaro in 1970. He’s a comms graduate and he’s the communications manager for a formation company. After working in the UK for a while, he starts discovering the Indian cuisine, which he starts learning in markets and restaurants. From that moment on spices become a true passion of his. He opens his blog www.zenzeroenuvole.it, entirely dedicated to spices. He is also a sommelier and he teaches cooking classes with spices around the world. He loves reading, writing and taking pictures in black and white. I rub per il barbecue is his first book with Trenta Editore.
