Angelo Sabatelli

Born in Monopoli, after culinary school Angelo Sabatelli started his cooking career in a restaurant in Polignano, before moving to Rome and starting to experiment with his creativity. This pushes him to travel to lots of different places: Jakarta, Hong Kong, Shanghai… he discovers new products, new techniques, new combinations of flavours. And then he decides to go back home to his motherland, Puglia, where he opens up his Angelo Sabatelli Ristorante, a place that combines all his experiences as a chef.
