The book
It’s been a long time since Antonio Goeldlin, founder of Goeldlin Collection, has had the dream of telling his company story through the pages of a book that, together with the recipes, would combine the passion, the fire and the determination of someone who, just like him, built their work, loving it to the core. So he deciede to start this new editorial project, a special book, where the main characters are the people that he met and appreciated throughout his life. The same people who have believed in him from the begignning, leaning on his ideas, his creativity and his madness.
He wanted a book that would add a special ingredient: the secrets behind an extraordinary plate, going straight to the heart of the man or woman who created it. This way, the plate becomes an expressive language, a narrative that, with the pictures, creates a continuous emotional flow. L’eleganza nel gusto is this and much more.
