He gets closer to the bakery industry at 13 years old and decides to become a baker. He joins different courses beside big bakery masters like Emanuele Forcone, and in 2012 he participates in his first Italian bakery tournament. In 2016 he comes fourth. In the meantime he shows up at different tv programs, like BestBakery on the channel TV8, and in March 2023 he wins the contest CakeStar with his hazelnut cake. Mono ispirazioni is his first book with Trenta Editore.
